1. Object

These General Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Website, as well as the booking of accommodation services at the rural guesthouse (hereinafter, “the Establishment”), owned by INVERSIONES Y PROYECTOS LAS CAMELIAS, S.L.U., with registered office at Avenida Alcalde Alfonso Molina nº 2, Bajo Derecha, 15005 A Coruña (A Coruña), Spain, and Tax Identification Number (NIF) B70814348.

Use of the Website or making a booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. General conditions of use and stay

  • The guest agrees to use the facilities appropriately, respecting the surroundings, furnishings, and internal regulations of the establishment.
  • The number of guests staying may not exceed the contracted capacity.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the establishment.
  • Parties or events are not permitted without the owner’s prior consent.
  • The stay is governed by the check-in and check-out times specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Reservations policy

  • Reservations can be made through the Website, by email (reservas@casteloandrade.com), or via third-party platforms.
  • For a reservation to be confirmed, the user must provide the required personal and payment information.
  • The establishment will confirm the reservation by email, and it will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of this confirmation.
  • The owner reserves the right to request a deposit or security deposit.

4. Payment policy

  • The price of your stay will be as indicated on the website at the time of booking, including all applicable taxes (VAT or other applicable taxes).
  • Accepted payment methods are: credit card, bank transfer, or those specified in the booking confirmation.
  • In certain cases, a deposit of a percentage of the total booking amount may be required, with the remaining balance due upon arrival or according to agreed terms.
  • If payment is not received within the established deadlines, the booking may be canceled.

5. Cancellation and modification policy

  • The user may cancel or modify their reservation by notifying us in writing at reservas@casteloandrade.com.
  • The cancellation policy is as follows (generic example, may be adapted):
    • Free cancellation at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.
    • In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
  • In case of early departure at the client’s request, no refunds will be given for the unused nights.
  • The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to force majeure (serious breakdowns, security conditions, etc.), in which case it will refund all amounts paid.

6. Deposit

  • For certain reservations, a security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or breaches of contract.
  • The deposit will be refunded within five (5) days of departure, provided there are no issues.

7. Responsibility

  • The establishment is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
  • The guest will be responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the facilities.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

9. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of A Coruña, unless otherwise provided by consumer protection regulations.
